Q) How far is the Villa from the beach?
A) 1.8 miles

Q) Can you walk to the beach?
A) Not really because part of the way is a main road and not suitable for leisurely walking.

Q) Are there any shops nearby?
A) Yes, just down the bottom of the hill from the villa is a row of shops and a supermarket.  There are also bars and restaurants.

Q) Do you need a car?
A) Yes, your visit would be difficult without a car.

Q) Is the villa secluded?
A) The villa is on an urbanisation, but it has a large plot of about 1000m².  It is well screened and is not overlooked at all.

Q) How far is it from Alicante?
A) Approximately 59 miles (about 50 minutes from Airport)

Q) The map on the website (www.casaevesham.com) shows that Moraira is near Benidorm is this correct.
A) No, Moraira is quite a distance away from Benidorm (26 miles) and the exact opposite type and style of location

Q) What is the configuration and sizes of the beds?
A) Two of the rooms have king size beds.  The third bedroom has twin beds.

Q) Will you supply a guest guide?
A) A guide to the villa and other useful information can be found in the villa.  We can email you a copy as a file attachment if you wish.

Q) Does the Villa have English TV programmes?
A) Yes.  The main channels are BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky One, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies, The Discovery Channel, Sky News and dozens of others.  There is also a Video and DVD/CD player if you wish to bring these to play with you.

Q) Is the ball court suitable for playing football?
A) Yes but it is not marked out as a pitch.  The ball court is about the size of a badminton court.

Q) Is the ball court suitable for playing tennis?
A) The court is smaller than a tennis court and there are no markings. There is a Volley ball net there and a basket ball net.
